Exit Foundation is an organisation dedicated to providing support to those ready to exit a life of crime and gang-related activity, and those struggling with mental wellbeing, trauma and abuse. Through our tailored mentoring programme and gang awareness training, we help young people develop the tools they need to progress into employment, training and education.
Exit Foundation primarily works with young people aged 10-25 years old, but we will accept referrals from anyone else in need.
At Exit Foundation, we believe that the most important weapon is love and we aim to always inspire this mindset. It is by trusting that love never fails that we can provide hope for a better life in those who need it most.
It is with your support that we are able to continue paving the way for people in need to find a brighter future. We appreciate and thank you in advance for any donations that you are able to give.
With the continual funding of our generous supporters, we have helped build a better future for the lives of many.

Gordon Urquhart is a retired American law enforcement official who relocated to the UK following his retirement.
Gordon became involved with Exit Foundation at the earliest stages of its development in 2012 when the organisation was operating under the name E-Gangs. After meeting Paul, he immediately recognised the importance of the charity’s vision and mission and committed his support.
Gordon played a pivotal role in the development and early success of Exit Foundation, providing critical advice across IT, security and organisational policy. He also became the charity’s first employee, serving as Office Manager during it’s formative period.
After moving out of the area, Gordon continues to support Exit Foundation in a vital capacity as a member of the Board of Trustees.
For personal safety reasons related to his professional background, Gordon has chosen not to have a photograph displayed on the website.
